How To Stop Panic Attacks Simply and Effectively

People with panic attacks would do anything to stop them. Some have found a simple solution to stopping one in a matter of seconds. The cure is surprisingly unexpected and super easy to come by. This really works, as it has been proven by those who have had panic attacks themselves.

Step 1 - As soon as you feel the panic start to rise, immediately drink down a glass or two of water as fast as you can. Just gulp it down. In a matter of a minute or less, you will start to feel normal again. It works every time. From this method, it is obviously important to always have a glass or two of water at your grasp in case you have a panic attack unexpectedly.

Step 2 - To avoid panic attacks all together, avoid salty foods. Eat nothing with over 25% sodium per serving. This has also been proven on how to stop panic attacks

Step 3 – Like step 1 and in contrast to step 2, drink plenty of water, with the bare minimum of 4 glasses per day. Hyperventilation is a known symptom of dehydration. The panic problem comes because people are unknowingly eating up to 6 and 7 times the salt that they should in a day. With this, they are becoming clinically dehydrated and don't realize it. Examples of salty foods include pizza, lunch meats, canned soups, and chips.

Why Panic Attacks Occur & How To Stop Them?

What’s worse, when they don't drink much water on top of the high sodium consumption, dehydration sets in, which raises histamine. In response to that adrenalin levels rise to quell the histamine and voila, high adrenaline brings on a panic attack. Most people do not realize that most of the common panic attack medications are "histamine blockers." You can get a cheaper over the counter version just by using an anti-histamine like Benedryl. Just remember to be careful when using an over-the-counter drug such as Benadryl; follow their safety tips closely.

Remember, keep water with you at all times and actually drink it, until you get your panic attacks under control. Even then it is still important to drink lots of water.

Most importantly, realize that there is nothing wrong with you mentally. This is a physical problem, so after you drink the water down and the attack is over, quit thinking about it. It's gone and won't be back unless you get dehydrated again. I had panic attacks for years and this really works. Now you know how to stop panic attacks simply and effectively.
